- General Admission: Explore the sanctuary at your own pace and enjoy a variety of wildlife encounters, daily shows, and activities. Highlights include cuddling koalas, feeding kangaroos, and exploring the Extinction Trail.
- Grazy Arvo with Koalas: Experience an intimate encounter with koalas in their habitat. Enjoy a grazing platter accompanied by a glass of wine, beer, or soft drink, while chatting with an experienced Koala Keeper.
- Experiences and Encounters (Additional Charges Apply): Choose from a range of optional encounters such as the Koala Experience, Koala Photo, Twilight Tour, Breakfast with Koalas, and more.
- TreeTop Challenge Experience Pass: Combine your visit with an adrenaline-filled adventure at the TreeTop Challenge, located within the sanctuary. Conquer 100 challenges across seven courses, including ziplines and the first black diamond course on the Gold Coast.
